This notice covers the contact form and the site assistant on trade-servicez.com. The assistant is not Daniel.
Contact form
The form saves your name, email, phone, address, and message in a database on this server. A mail worker may try to email Daniel and send you an automatic reply. A saved form is not proof that an email arrived. Text (336) 569-4407 if you need a person.
Site assistant
Chat messages are stored on this server with a session id so the assistant can continue the same conversation. That session record is kept for 7 days and then removed. The assistant uses the published price ranges. It does not book a visit and it does not see Daniel's calendar.
Optional photos
You can add up to 3 photos, JPG, PNG, or WebP, 5 MB each. A photo is saved only if you check the consent box. Photos stay in a private folder on this server, not on a public page, for 30 days. The assistant does not look at the pictures and does not make a diagnosis from them.
If you confirm a service request, the site tries to email Daniel at daniel@trade-servicez.com. That email can include your name, phone, service address, call-or-text preference, the chat, a technician summary, and a separate private link for each consented photo. The summary is not a confirmed diagnosis. Each photo link is an unguessable address that expires after 14 days. There is no photo gallery and the links are marked not to be indexed. A saved request is not proof that the email arrived.
Text messages
An SMS link opens your own phone. Those texts go to Daniel's phone. This website does not store the text itself.
Analytics
Public pages load Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-H4XE7SEN8N, to count page visits. The tag does not receive your name, email, phone, service address, chat messages, photos, or form contents. A confirmed chat request may still be emailed to Daniel, as described above.
Ads and selling data
This site does not run ads and does not sell form or chat data.
